How can I refer a friend?

  1. Head to the Invite tab in the Settings section, or tap 'Invite' from the homepage of your app.

  2. Tap 'Invite a friend'. Here, you can share your unique referral link using the different share options available in the app, or copy it to share with your friends.

  3. Your friend needs to follow your referral link to register their email address on your unique referral webpage.

  4. Once your friend has registered their email on your referral link, they should then sign up to CIRCA5000 with this same email address.

  5. Once your friend's account is set up, verified and activated, they will need to make a Monthly or One-off Top-up; we'll then apply the referral offers.

Please be aware that referral offers can take up to 15 minutes to be applied once your friend's account has been activated. Referral offers won't be applied until your friend's account activation has been completed.

What do I get for referring a friend?

  • CIRCA5000 credit added to yours and your friend's balance (the amount of CIRCA5000 credit may change during promotional periods).

  • Two trees planted in Indonesia (via our partners One Tree Planted).

These referral offers may change over time as we adapt and improve the scheme.

How do I know you're actually planting trees?

We've partnered with One Tree Planted and for every valid referral, we'll send a request to plant a tree. We hope to automatically send everyone a digital certificate as proof for their tree in future, but if you'd like this in the meantime please reach out to our Customer Support team.
