If you think you haven't received your withdrawal then here are some things to be aware of, and initial checks you can make:
Has it been 8 working days since you requested your withdrawal? (This doesn't include weekends or bank holidays.)
Have you checked your bank statement for a payment from Seccl Tech (Seccl, our custodian)?
The amount you receive in your bank account may differ to the amount you've asked to withdraw. This is because you're still invested from the time you request your withdrawal until your investments are sold at our next trading point, so your investments will still fluctuate in value until they're sold.
