If you've changed your email address then you'll need to let us know so that we can update your registered details. This is important because we use your registered email address to send you a login link when you need to access your CIRCA5000 account.

Just reach out to our Customer Support team by emailing hi@circa5000.com, or using the in-app chat, letting us know you need to update your registered email address.

We'll need to complete an ID check before we can do this but we'll let you know what we need.
