The Trust Deed and Rules are the legal documents that have established the Gaudi Regulated Services Limited Scheme (the “GRSL SIPP”) under which the CIRCA5000 Personal Pension operates. They govern how GRSL SIPP is administered.

These documents also appoint the Trustee and the Scheme Operator. The Trustee of the CIRCA5000 Personal Pension is Gaudi Trustees Limited (Gaudi). The Operator is Gaudi Regulated Services Limited, who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
