If you have an ISA or GIA there are three available options for you:

  1. Respond to the email we sent on 09/02/2024 to confirm you're happy to move your account to AJ Bell. Your investments will be transferred automatically on 19/04/2024 These will be transferred in-specie meaning that you won't have to realise any gains or losses.

  2. If you do not want to transfer to AJ Bell, you will need to arrange a transfer yourself. This means you will need to find an investment platform and arrange with them for a transfer to occur. To do this you’ll need your full account details which you can do by simply requesting these from our Customer Support team. Your new provider must submit this request on or before 5pm on 11 March, otherwise your account will be transferred to AJ Bell.

  3. You can sell your investments and withdraw them to a bank account in your name. Please note if we have not verified your bank account before and your account balance is over £1,000 then we’ll need to conduct additional checks to verify that the bank account belongs to you.

If you have a Junior ISA or Pension there are two available options for you:
