If you have a monthly payment set up, this will be collected by CIRCA5000 until 11 March. Following this date, any active monthly payments will be cancelled by CIRCA5000.

Once your account has been transferred to AJ Bell on 19 April, you will be able to set up your new monthly contributions.

AJ Bell collects direct debits from your bank account on the 1st of every month, and your contribution will appear in your AJ Bell account within 3-5 working days.

Please note direct debit monies are not automatically invested with AJ Bell, you first must set up a regular investment instruction into your chosen investment

AJ Bell also supports pay by bank and debit cards to make single or top up payments.
